individuals. He is also active internationally, designing and conducting
high impact workshops covering an array of professional development areas
including Leadership Development, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Human
Communications, and Team Building. Bob is certified in the use and delivery
of numerous workshops and instruments, including Crucial Conversations ,
Influencer, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, MBTI, and Strength
Deployment Inventory. He is also a training consultant to the
Franklin-Covey organization and the University of Calgary. He has held
various consulting and management roles with leading organizations including

Stephan comes to LeadershipSmarts most recently from ctc TrainCanada where he worked with many HR and IT leaders to build enterprise-wide competency and productivity through individual and team training. Stephan brings extensive experience working with large organizations to implement best practices and enable greater agility and decision-making capability through the application of technology and process improvement. Stephan has also taken active leadership roles within the community for many years.
Mike Allen spent 16 years in the oil and gas industry reaching the position of Corporate Director of Quality and Training for North America’s largest well servicing company. A Master Certified Trainer in Crucial Confrontations, Mike is a change leader in the safety industry, having been a feature presenter for the International Association of Drilling Contractors, Texas Worker’s Compensation and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Some of Mike’s safety clients include Schlumberger, Conoco Phillips, Monsanto, Pride International, BP, Key Energy Services, Stallion Oilfield Services, the Southern Gas Association and Lee County Electric Co-op.
